Information submitted via one of the contact forms on this website is used for registration in the Bags 4 Brags cornhole tournament or sponsorship interest.  This data is not shared with any parties outside the tournament and is never sold or given to third parties.  We do not collect personally identifiable information other than name, phone number, email address, etc. that the visitor willingly submits.

 

How long we retain your data

Your data is not stored on the site.  Any contact form data is sent via secure email using SSL/TLS encryption through a secured email server.  This data is only kept through the tournament end date and is permanently deleted after that date.

 

What rights you have over your data

You may request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You may also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
